DESCRIPTION:
Whiskey Rock Camp Ground has 9 camp sites, 4 picnic sites with fire rings, and swimming beach, but no power boat launch
ATTRACTIONS
Solitude, because it’s a long Forest drive to get there. Whiskey Rock is located a short distance north, where you may see Mountain Goats.
DIRECTIONS:
From CDA, drive north on Hwy 95 to Exit #446, south of Silverwood Theme Park. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto E. Bunco Road for 2.4 miles and turn left (north) onto N. Bunco Road for less then a mile, and bear right onto E. Bunco Road to the ORV parking area. Bear left at the parking area (restrooms) onto F.R. #332 for 6 miles to F.R. #278. Stay on FR 278 past Lakeview. Stay on F.R. #278 past Cedar Creek To Whiskey Rock. Look for signs to the left to the Whiskey Rock Camp Grounds.
