UNCLE CHUCK’S WORKD FAMOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES
UNCLE CHUCK’S WORLD FAMOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES
(Kinda like Brownies, but blonde)
EMBELLISHED RECIPE BY CHIC
INGREDIENTS:
3 Pillsbury yellow cake mixes
Semi sweet chocolate chips, large bag
2 Oz pure vanilla extract
Water
PREP
In a large mixing bowl, add one cake mix at a time.
Add just enough water to make a dry mixture. Or about an ounce.
Just make sure, it is not wet like a cake mix usually is.
Add 1/3 of vanilla, and stir until it’s mixed well.
Then add a third of the bag of chocolate chips, and stir in.
Coat a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray.
Add each of the three mixes to the 9x13” baking dish, and level out.
t’s not necessary to pack it down. By doing so, it makes a thick blonde.
Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Make sure the top does not burn.
When you take it out of the oven, it will not look done. TRUST ME, THEY ARE.
Let cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Years ago, a friend was so excited, she grabbed a square and chomped down on it. She burned her lips.
An option for this recipe, is to make cookies.
Bake at 350° for 11 minutes.
They won’t look done. But after cooling, they will set up.
These desserts are a great potluck dish.
Enjoy
