CLAMMY CABBAGE OVER PASTA
INGREDIENTS:
Extra Virgin Olive oil
2/3 of a hard of cabbage, sliced
1/2 C chopped onion
1 t minced garlic
2 stocks of celery with leaves, chopped French style
6 pieces of sun dried tomatoes, marinaded in 1/2 C wine
6 oz of tomatoes sauce
a pinch of chicken base
1 6oz can of clams and juice
PREP
Prepare noddles of your choice.
Cook the cabbage, celery, onion, and garlic in olive oil til near done.
Add tomato sauce, sun dried tomatoes clams and juiced, chicken base to pan, and cook for 1 minute.
In bowls, pour sauce over the noodles.
