BASIL SHRIMP POSCUITTO HAM WRAPS
INGREDIENTS:
Large Basil leaves
Medium to large shrimp, de-veined and de-shelled.
Poscuitto Ham. Remove fat sections. Slice thin.
E.V. Olive oil
Crank up the Barbie. It BBQ Shrimp time!
Take one large shrimp at a time and paint with olive oil (OO).
Wrap in a large basil leaf and paint with OO.
Cut to size Prosciutto ham and wrap the basil-shrimp with it.
Paint with OO.
Wrap another large basil leaf (pained) around it all.
Skewer and BBQ.
BBQ for about 2-3 minutes, on each side.
Be sure to let cool before chomping down on them.
These can be served over rice if desired.
