DESCRIPTION:
Douglas Falls is located in the Douglas Falls Grange Park. The park is 120 acres in size and was used by R.H.Douglas as a Grist Mill in 1855.
In 1939 the Stevens County Grange bought the property and turned it into a park for the public's enjoyment.
The 1.5 mile loop trail splits into several spur trails that eventually meet back up just before a suspension bridge across Mill Creek.
After a ways the trail splits again, but reconnects at the bottom of the falls in about 100 yards.
From the bottom of the falls, hike up a short steep section that leads to the top of the falls.
From the top of the falls walk up along the creek until it meets up with a road that leads back to the parking area.
